Pyes Farm was established in 1980 on a fruit farm in the picturesque Essex Countryside. They produce mouth watering puddings, pies and Quiches, all of which are made from Local Ingredients. All of their products are handmade to order, and are made in their Essex farm kitchen. There produce can be found within a few top food halls such as Fortnum & Masons and Harrods.
Pyes Farm offer a large range of food which includes pies of various different fillings,  such as Smoked Bacon, Brie & Cranberry, Pork and Stilton, Chicken and Ham, Royal Game, Duck and Sage and Chicken Ham and Honey Mustard.
The range of pasties and pies include Steak and Kidney Puddings, Beef Pasties, Lamb and Leek Pasties, Steak and Ale Pie and Sausage rolls. They also produce an extensive range of Desserts  including Pecan Pie, Baileys Cheesecake, Treacle Tart, Summer Fruits Flan and Sticky Toffee Pudding! They are the home of the famous Dunmow Flitch Pasty!!
