Carter's Vineyards- Award-Winning Wines!


Carters Vineyards is situated in the Essex countryside which comprises of 40 acres of Vines,Wildflower Meadows, Lakes and Woodlands. They offer an extensive range of English wines which they have won many different awards for. When you visit the vineyard you are able to take a complete tour of the Vineyard and winery this also involves being able to taste the wines. The wines they offer are Carter's Sparkling Brut, Carter's Sparkling Rose, King Coel,Colchester rose, Carter's Bacchus, Orion, St Helena and Boudicca. Also when you visit the Vineyards you can follow the nature trail through the Woodland and Wild Flower Meadows, and taste several fine English and White Wine.

New Hall Vineyards - Produces Fine English Wines!







New Hall Vineyards produce English wines within their over 65 Hectares of Vineyard. It was first established by the Greenwood family in the Essex village of Purleigh back in 1969.
The grape vines that are grown have been carefully selected and have been planted between 12m to 24m above sea level. They offer a wide range of wines, some of them are Ruby Royal, Bacchus, Huxelrebe, Pinot Noir, Muller-Thurgau, Sparkling andPerle.
New Hall Vineyards are open daily for visitors free of charge to taste some of the award winning wines and enjoy a Vineyard trail. They also offer many different events throughout the year including a Spring Wine Sale, Annual English Wine Festival and a Christmas Wine Sale.
